what's a good atty/cart ohm for a 5v box mod?

i want to try out higher voltage (using riva) and am wondering what a good carto or atty would be for a 5v from madvapes?

I like using around 3 ohms at 5v. Iv'e got some Boge 3ohm and CE2 3ohm that work really well at 5v. It's preference but I wouldn't go to much lower with the ohm or you'll risk burning the juice or possibly popping the atty.
