What's all the rave about kabuki?

I have one that sits on a Provari P3. Now understand I use original nautilus tanks, so my observation will be far different than yours. I find the kabuki has a denser, heavier vapor and, as such, produces better flavor. Throat hit (18mg 70/30 pg vg) is the same for me. You can't really compare a kafun, which has your build and wick, to the kabuki.

I will be happy to take your Kabukis off your hands. :D The deal with them is they really are the best flavor tank for the Nautilus drop in coils. I have two and I love both of them. I will say that comparing an RTA to a drop in coil tank is a bit like comparing apples to oranges, they will perform differently and I'd say the consensus from most folks who use RTAs is that you really can't compare them to drop in tanks . I like both types of tank, but I don't expect them to perform exactly similarly.

The Kabukis (in my experience) are also really reliable, excellently constructed drop in tanks. Mine haven't given me a minute of grief, ever, and they are super consistent. The price is certainly high, but one also does have to consider that they are US made tanks with a lifetime warranty. So, part of what you "pay" for is the willingness to support a manufacturer who really decided "I am going to develop the best 'flavor' tank for the nautilus coils," and then went out and did so.

With that said, I think there are times we outgrow a "favorite" tank. I quit using the Nautilus 2 and will be forever grateful for that tank but I don't really vape it any more. Etc. Some tanks, I will ake out of rotation, so I can return to them with a fresh "palate" so to speak.

But, if you've fallen in love with RTAs and feel you will 'never" vape the tank (or at least not two of them) you could certainly sell one. They hold their value fairly well to a certain extent).

Best of luck,

Anna

Not a fair comparison being two different kinds of tanks. A rebuildable tank atomizer (Kayfun) vs a drop-in coil clearomizer (Kabuki). Speaking in general terms, the rebuildable "should" be be superior because you can customize the wick and coil to your individual preferences.

I have an authentic Kayfun Lite Plus and a Kabuki clone, although I don't use either one any more. Both are MTL, and my preference is now direct lung. I've "moved on" so to speak. However, given what the Kayfun and Kabuki are, they both represent the top tier of their particular class IMHO.

Some folks don't wish to get into rebuildables, so a good clearomizer which uses factory-made coils makes more sense for the way they vape. The Kabuki may well be the best clearomizer available for MTL vaping.

Throat hit is primarily derived from the e-liquid that you use; specifically the nic concentration and Pg ratio used. The juice delivery device used doesn't really contribute much to the "throat hit".

Stalk the ZFO.

Or, get verified and frequent the classified section here. You can also put in a "want to buy" in that area and that could do the trick.

I've saw an announcement about a remake of the 510 version and also a UK compliant version, but I don't know if the original batch showed up as planned and sold out or what?

Gotta catch ZFO at the right moment. I have a P3 titanium and a SS regular one from there. Although I am not selling either, although I have several like, broken Joytech CLR tanks that I will send you for free. LOL. Those are "disposable tanks" to me and I have had the first Kabuki over a year and I have NEVER once gotten a "refuse to read message," NOT ONE TIME. LOL.

Flavor of Kabuki also better or as good, frankly. I love the Joytech coil, the tanks not so much. Our romance was swift but deadly (for the tanks, and my bank account).G

Good luck though! :)
