Tonight, I'm broiling some streaks for the son and myself with some crawfish scampi, and baked potato.
I'm allergic to shrimp, so this is viable and yet tasty alternate. I'll be off to the kitchen in about 20 minutes to get cookin'.

Tomorrow night is a huge batch of chicken soup with tender butter dumplings, or vegetable beef and barley soup, and nice hot loaf of crusty bread and butter. I love making soup. It's such a "feel good" food.
That's DEFINTELY one of the things I miss about being married. It's to cold to grill and my skills in the kitchen, well, never fully developed.
But everyone wonders why I'm still a size 6. I say it's just good genes and a high metabolism.

Tonight's dinner will be a boneless pork loin roast, with oven browned potatoes, steamed broccoli and a loaf of warm crusty bread and butter.

Grilled steak and a huge azzed baby lettuce and baby spinach salad and some garlic parmasan french bread and butter....
Not sure what the house mate has in the oven but it smells awesome.. Now that I can start to smell again lol
I caked a split chix in hot curry powder and grilled the 2 halves. Garlic bread with cheese spread, and broccolli carrot slaw.
to be honest, i cant think much about food....love vaping too much. no, really, i dont usually eat dinner. so diet coke and my eGo...im good to go.
