What's going on at Gourmetvapor???

So I placed an order on 8-19 with Gourmetvapor. I contacted them last Thursday (8-25) because I had not heard anything yet. They usually ship fast so I was suprised it had not shipped. I finally got an answer after three emails in two days saying it had been shipped. Now its the 30th and I still have not received it. I wrote them on Sunday asking for a tracking number but have not heard anything. Anyone else having trouble? Am I just being impatient?

So I finally received the shipment that I ordered almost two wks ago and I'm very disappointed. All seven bottles were only 3/4 full. I took advantage of the 50% off sale when I ordered but only 3/4 full, that's rediculous. One of the bottles (caramel cappuccino) wasn't tightened all the way so it leaked out all over the rest of the bottles. All of the bottles are soaked in capp juice. The labels are all messed up so I can barely read what they are. This is the second order that I have placed with them and definately my last. There are way to many juice companies around to get service like this. Just wanted to warn everyone.
