My ADV recipe.
120 ml batch
4 ml CAP Vanilla Custard V1
1.5 ml CAP Vanilla Whipped Cream
3 ml 100 mg nicotine
6 drops NuStevia liquid Stevia from GNC.
The balance in 50/50 PG/VG.
Increase the amount of CAP VC1 if too weak for ya.
It is about 3mg nic level.
