So last week I was having a problem with a burnt flavor. Last night I decided it was probably the tank, so I emptied my other tank that had ice menthol in it, and previously watermelon. Rinsed it out with warm water several times, then shook it an let it air dry on the counter for 2 hours.
I then filled it up with a coffee juice I bought recently, and now the burnt taste is gone. However now the problem im having is im only getting watermelon flavor with a hint of menthol in my vapes. I would expect it to take a few vapes to clear out the menthol/watermelon but ive gone through almost a tank and a half of coffee and still cant taste anything but watermelon with a hint of menthol. Every once in a while I get a small hint of coffee.
I am using a clero disposable tank with two wicks in it. The wicks look good. IE not burnt looking and any junk on them. When I purchased the coffee flavor he hooked my tank up to a VV battery and it showed my tank was pulling 3.3 volts? or ohms? not sure, but it was 3.3.
Im getting a very good amount of vape, but am getting frustrated with the flavors. Its still not as bad as analogs, I wont be going back, but would like to really enjoy my flavors.
Should I look at getting some new tanks from a known brand? What brands would I be best getting, and what ohm rating should I get? There is another shop local to me that has the kanger product and a few others. But before I spend more money on something I want to get something I know is going to fix the problem.
