What's that in the cart?

I need to replace the filler inside my carts. It looks like batting that I'd use for crafting for upholstering or something. Can someone tell me what exactly it is and where I'd go to find a replacement for it?

There's a thread somewhere covering what's inside. At first I was told to use poly fill. I tired it but at times the Abby would burn some of it and I didn't like the idea of breathing it in. Bunch of other people go that way too. A lot of people use tea bags or gauze. Right now I'm using sterile makeup pads (separate to make two halfs & cut to size). Make it a little smaller than you need to get plenty of air flow. Overfill and then let sit for the night. Works well with the Skyrl.
I got a new DSE and going to try it with that. If it doesn't work, I'll go back to the tea bags.
Why those? It's material and not synthetic.

Look up something called Fluval. It is what I use to refill and it works very well.

I've heard that there is a certain kind of Lipton Teabags that you can use. Unfortunately I can't remember what the specific name is.
