In a manner of speaking, it is difficult to pick the best atty. I will go at the size of the bridge inside the atty. The bigger it is, the more vapor it would produce. LR attys simulates high voltage causing faster burning process. It has shorter lifespan than regular ones. Good understanding and proper usage may prolong its life.

From what I know, most attys are imported from China and labeled locally.

Yes I know proper usage can help, believe me I treat my atty's like gold. I have a ego that with good atty's vape great. But I keep hearing of different brands. Mmmmmm- I think one was sbl. I alternate threw the day between two atty's as 510's seem to run hot. I just want to find one that would test out good, good vapor and last for a coulpe weeks since it is being alternated. But you brought up another point I've been wondering. Are any atty's made in U.S.?

For the past 2.5 months I have used Cisco designed atty's exclusively. The LR 306's and the LR 510's. IMO these are NOT hype and are the real deal. They outperform all other LR atty's hands down. They ALWAYS ohm out at 1.5 or lower and they use U.S. sourced Nichrome. These atty's (if used properly) will outlast all other LR's. I have tried most LR's so I do have some knowledge and this is why my gear box is now stocked w/25 Cisco LR 306's and 7 Cisco LR510's. At an average cost of $9 an atty I feel they are worth every penny. I have 4 LR 306's in rotation and they are all over 6 weeks old. I use them heavily and go through about 10 mls/day of juice. I drive them with a ProVape for true 3.7v but have and sometimes still do use eGo batts w/them. Just keep in mind that the LR will drain an eGo much faster than a standard atty and over time will shorten the life of the eGo batt.

Wow - I'm convinced cisco is the way to go. Every response has been cisco. I feel confident now. I would so love to find one supplier to always go to and quit this shopping around. Thank- you all so much.

I have yet to find one shop that has everything I need. I buy regularly from 6 key suppliers. 3 for hardware and 3 for DIYsupplies. At least you get cool stuff in the mail weekly when you buy from a few different vendors.

Don't you get tired of paying the shipping. That kind of ups the cost of everything. I try to buy everything from one to help with that. I'm not real picky about my juice as I do it myself.

I would say at this time that the Cisco spec attys are best. I also Like Ikenvape LR 2.0 attys. These seem to be the best followed by EM or Joye attys. Like I say, at this time. There are always changes happening so it pays to be a member of this forum for sure to keep abreast of the latest advances in attys.

I can honestly say I have not tried the Ikenvape but from what I have read and researched I believe you are 100% correct. These atty's also get rave reviews and I have been meaning to try a few. I have just been hooked on the Cisco 1.5 ohm and have been so happy w/them it is hard to order anything else right now. Maybe that 2.0ohm would be nice for the ProVari when it arrives. Maybe dial it in at around 4 volts. Happy Vaping

I have 510 PV's and I just got LR 306 atties (they fit 510 PV's) from Ikenvape and they are freakin awesome! I've used 510 LR atties and these LR 306's blow them out of the water in my opinion. Isaac is a great guy to purchase from and he has awesome products! I would go with these, but that's just my opinion :)

Good to hear more opinions of the Cisco. Very excited to try one, I shelled out for 2 day shipping for mine.

For those of you new to the Cisco Lr's read the below sticky. It will help you as you fire up the new beast you are about to get hooked on. I know when I first started using them I chain vaped two or three to death in less than 36 hours. Do not run them so hot that you can not put your finger against the atty or let them run dry. They will serve you well if you take care of them and if not they will die an early death. I know it will be hard not to keep hitting the thing (I have been there) since it is amazing and the vapor production is off the hook. Just let them cool a litlle between vapes.
