They're pretty darn good considering it's a $35 pv made out of stainless steel. I get a 0.4 voltage drop off on my AGA-T2 with a 0.6 ohm coil ... that's well over 20 watts on a fresh Panny 18650 battery.

What kind of atomizers does your friend use? Mechanical mods are best with rebuildables and/or low resistance (1.5 ohm'ish or below). If he doesn't have any RBA's and/or doesn't use low resistance atomizers ... I'd stick with a VV/VW mod like a Vamo which is roughly in the same price range.

Discount vapers is the best place to buy the k100 and anything else you might need. This includes the Kanger protank which they now have in stock along with the replacement heads in 1.8 and 2.4 ohms at a great price.
