I originally bought the Volcano Inferno carto/tank set up and then an Ego C Twist shortly thereafter (have another Ego C Twist coming in the mail) . I am mainly using the 510 atty drip method now but the problem is that my batteries just don't last long enough and it's getting quite irritating. The Inferno batteries seem to be losing their power completely and I've only had them since the end of September.
What's the best battery that will last the longest lifetime wise and also charge wise? Keep in mind that I do take my batteries out in the cold weather here in Alberta. Also, I have spent way too much on liquids and batteries so can't afford something like a Provari.

Ask a hundred vapors and you will get a hundred different answers. Staying away from a vendor specific answer ( I have my own favorites), I would recommend a PV with a removable rechargeable high drain battery. The size and milliamp hours of the battery will determine how big the PV is. Personally I use IMR 18650 2000 mah batteries. These can be had in protected or non protected versions ( most VV mods will have built in protection so you can use a non protected battery, be sure to check the product description, if in doubt call the vendor) just go with name brands from a reputable supplier, cheaper is not better with batteries. Some folks are getting good results with the new IMR hybrid batteries (3000 mah) and I have heard of 19 hour vape times. If you like the variable voltage twist that you have, get a VV tube PV. With all the Black Friday deals you can get a good one for under $50. Pick up a good multi battery charger that will handle different sizes for about $15. Individual batteries run from$9 to $15, you need two so you can use one while charging the other.

If all that is too much to mess with, I have had great luck with the 1100 mah KGO battery, moderate vaping time is about 8 hours and the batteries have lasted up to 16 months before the connections to the board came loose, I resoldered them and they are still going ( I am pretty clumsy so they get dropped a lot). These are about $18 each, be sure to get a KGO specific charger as the ego charger will not work even though they look alike.

Good luck and read the independent reviews on any PV you consider purchasing to avoid lemons.
