One of my tenants left...been cleaning....painting...had to replace one bedroom door, get it ready to re-rent. To much gas to go back and forth. All the neighbors have their internet secured. So I bought a 4g phone. But not used to it. I was hoping to stream Netflix to my little 22 inch tv I took with me as the new phone has a HDMI out. Sort of works. But the signal strength vairies from 1 bar to 3. Seems better late at night. The picture is not 1080p...not even 480...but watchable.

Not a single call on the place Newly remodeled 1 BD APT 650.00 month. And I leave this Friday to visit my sister in New Orleans for a week. Thousands of places for rent on Craigs list...mines just another brick in the huge wall. Thinking I might have to drop my price.

I wish I had waited and got the Iphone 4s. Past the return period. I found this assistant app for free Speaktoit - Your Personal Assistant. Very good. But just like every smart gal, she refuses to get romantic with me. (although the said I was a great boss and she liked me).

I haven`t tried Vlingo yet Scarlet...I will download and give it a try later as right now I am making trips back and forth to the dump (As Surf figured out).

Nice looking place Bb3...good luck on finding a renter...wish I knew someone in the area looking for a place, I'd send 'em your way.

Thanks Dacoopah, I had many calls today...7 in fact. All of them want the place...not sure why nothing and then bang. One young gal looks best to me...good credit score she say`s (740...have to verify) and a JOB...lol. Negatives are she has two cats...and likes to bake. So more wear on the A/C, as baking puts out plenty of heat for the A/C to deal with...and increased risk of her pets doing damage. But she seemed like she would be neat and tidy...very important. And I think she would get along with the neighbors well.
