whats the best tankomizer or cartomizer (CE2 please) that is most efficiant?

I am debating between the following 2:

I am taking suggestions so please state what you have and/or comments on my idea.
I would love to know what you are using currently

I am using just a 650 mah (3.4v) battery w/ 510 2.5ohm atty to drip in, but need something more portable.

I have the Vision Stone and the Vision Grande Ce2 tanks and like them both. The Vision Stone looks the best and has some great features like stainless endcaps and replaceable ce2. I think the Vision Grande works the best with the 4 wicks.
