Theres not enough good information out there, Forum's a must. I wanted to know what are the correct ratings for a eGO mega 900mah battey car charger / usb passthrough. Is there a compatible brand that charge all eGo batteries, from the basic mah to the higher ones... is it better just incase I get a mix of batteries, should i go with the chargers that work only for higher rating batteries to charge quicker / health of the battery. How many months does an average battery last for, until you replace.

Also, how does the usb passthough (smoke while you charge on your laptop w/out using battery) work, for charging dont you have to take apart the atomizer from the e cig.

I should be recieving my ego mega starter kit from dragonfly eCigs within the next 2 days.

Thanks,

All quick eGo usb chargers are 400ma chargers (vs 100-200ma chargers for 510 batts and the eGo charger will ruin a regular 510 batt).

Again, there is only one quick charger for any mAh eGo batt. I've lost two eGo batteries (out of a dozen) after 3 months use. Others are going strong and well past that - some 8 months.

No you don't have to take off the atomizer for charging with the usb passthrough. And it isn't recommended that you use your computer's usb ports to charge it. Some kits include wall plugs for the usb charger. If yours doesn't I'd recommend getting one. For example:
