.... Fruity e-liquid that tastes like fragrance? I now have 3 bottles of peach flavored e-liquid. One tastes like biting into a big, fresh, ripe, juicy peach when I vape it. The other two taste like I'm inhaling peach body spray. Shouldn't suppliers differentiate between the two. I mean, yes they are both peach, but they provide totally different experiences. I don't really want to feel like I'm gargling with peach perfume when I'm vaping. Does anyone like the perfumey vapes?

I have two different kinds and one is Nhaler. I keep thinking it's my atty, because no one else thinks it tastes perfumy! They both start out good on the first 1-2 draws and then - BAM - chemical/perfume taste! I hate this because peach is my favorite fruit flavor!

Do you get that with other fruit flavors? I got drew's Orange Creamsicle and it doesn't have that problem - but the orange is kind of faint.

Definitely agree, they really should differentiate flavor from fragrance. JC Summer Peach so far has been the only peach flavor that actually tastes like a peach to me too. I tried some DK Peach from one of the suppliers, and well DK's peach definitely seems to be of the fragrance variety. I'm thinking I need to try vermont vapors since they mix their own and Dawn's since she mixes her own too.

I came across perfumey flavors in my "pre-Dawn" days and I had no clue about flavor mixing or what might have been the cause, I simply happened across her flavors and now have a drawer full of "junk" juice (aka pre-Dawn juice) that I either fix up with Lorann's flavoring or give away to new vapers ... I mean this stuff is so terrible I had a guy give me back the free bottles I gave him LOL.

Anyway back on topic from my tangent, I came across this symptom from a guy just getting into DIY mixing on another forum and he suggested that it was the brand of flavoring he was using... Cap-something... at any rate they had some flavors that had a strong alcohol content which translated into "prefumey" when vaped.

He switched to a flavoring that didn't contain alcohol and this remedied the situation. You might want to contact your supplier and see if they are using a flavoring with alcohol in it. I would be HIGHLY interested in knowing if this is the case as it might clear up the "perfumey" enigma.

P.S.- Sata if you're reading this; no, the juice I sent you is not from my "junk drawer" it's from my Dawn stash :D

Hmm... I'm a bit of a cherry fan, but the same thing happens with it. JC's black cherry had a great taste, but their new wild cherry has an imaginary taste. As far as the senses are involved, there's no taste or smell there. (I hope I just scored some left-over black cherry.) The cherry from Dekang is pretty good in fragrance, but less in taste. The cherry from ecigliquid.com is ALL fragrance and no taste.

I would stick with JC, but from what I understand they have changed to a new formula and I have heard some pretty bad stuff about it. I'm not sure I actually want to try it.

I only started vaping back in August, so I've only had experience with the 'new' formula from what I understand. And with that, I haven't had any problems with Summer Peach (which is the peach flavor that they replaced the old formula "Peach Cobbler" with) so far.

Ah, that sucks. I been looking into trying JCs cherry since it's a hard flavor to find, but my favorite. Insert sad face here.
