Between the nautilus BVC 1.8 coils and the Triton mini 1.8 coils? Anything?

Juice flow holes are larger on the triton heads ..........

Nautilus BVC 1.8 can be vaped at lower wattages, while Triton mini 1.8 coils are clapton style coils and require higher wattage... not by much they are rated at 13-16w, but if you have a device that can only output below 11w or so (yea not likely) the Nautilus BVC 1.8 is better.
