The longest lasting carto I used was the Echo cartomizer. I rotated 2 for a full month. They didn't even die or clog up, I just figured a month was a good lifespan for them. They make them for the eGo too, called the Echo-E cartomizer.

A "rebuildable" clearomizer would likely last longer. Something like a CE4+, Vivi Nova, T3, ect. You just replace the heads when needed.

The longest lasting is probably a rebuildable atomizer. You have to replace the wick and coil by hand, but the unit itself should last a good long time.

Good luck.

The rebuildables really do last a long time, but don't put one on an eGo battery unless you don't care if it needs thrown away. One short is all it takes.

The best longer lasting devices for an eGo are definitely the Clearomizers, but you have to be careful about your flavors. Anything acidic will eat the plastic tubes. Some of the Kangers use glass and are safe for all flavors though. Those glass style ones (Kanger Pro comes to mind) will last as long as you want them to with proper care, only the heating elements need replaced after a while.

Another good option with the eGo is getting a "510 Cone" that screws onto the outer threads and a large order of regular cartomizers that are inexpensive. They're about the same diameter as an analog cigarette vs the larger diameter of the eGo, and the cone makes them look a lot nicer on the battery. Lance over at SteamMonkey sells 25 packs of cartomizers made by Boge for $30. That's at least a year supply.

Best of luck!
