What's the name of the round,tube,mech BF mod

Ive seen one before and I cannot remember name or find it by searching.
It has a sqounk bottle in it,maybe telescopic,and it's round not a box mod.
The bottle got squeezed by pushing a metal button on side.
I'm pretty sure the BF extension can screw off making it a mechanical mod.
Anyone know the name?
