What's the prime vaping voltage with a VV mod. 2.5 Cisco atomizer?

I'm buying a Bogger Box VV and am using standard cisco 2.5 atomizers,wondering what a prime vaping voltage would be..

4.2-5V would be the ideal range for a 2.5 ohm atomizer.
