What's this copper mod?

It looks similar to a Vanilla, but I don't think so... It's missing the groves around the top and bottom to be a Vanilla.
Nah, vanilla doesn't have that logo, and it's missing the engraved rings at the tops and bottoms. Lemme see if I can reverse search it.
Umm, those are pretty sweet but they would be sweeter if you could actually buy one... WAY too exclusive. From what I'm reading you have to register on some list to maybe get to buy one and he only makes 365 a year and the serial number is tied to your birthday or something. If anyone knows of one for sale please let me know.
I took that photo and posted it in the High-End Mechanicals thread a few weeks ago. As already stated, it's an Anatolian mod - 18350 polished copper tube with a brass top cap and switch housing (and a copper button that you can't see). The atomizer is an Origen v2 with an Iron Compass Copper Origen v2 cap. I'm glad that you like it!

I was in the right place at the right time and it wasnt hard for me to get. A few months ago I had seen an Anatolian mod and I wanted to learn more about them. I found their forum so I joined it. The original Anatolian Hit It BD (Birthday) was available from a list on their forum earlier in the year and was closed. A post referenced their Facebook group so I joined it. Their Facebook group mentioned that the Anatolian Hit It SE (Standard Edition) was currently in production and about 20 of them were available for sale every day in their online store (the only difference between the BD and the SE is the engraving on the button the SE doesnt have birthdays). I went to their online store and was able to configure and cart one but I didn't buy it that day (it was actually available for a few hours). I went back to the store the next day and decided to purchase one. It might have helped that I think the majority of people want 18650 tubes and I wanted an 18350 tube that was less in demand. The modder is currently taking the summer off and when he returns hes going to make spares available for SE owners (extra tubes, switches, top caps, and buttons). I know that hes working on an RDA, but he might have a new mod in the works.
I regularly see Anatolian Hit It BDs and SEs for sale in their Facebook group and in the ECF Classifieds and the Calivapers Marketplace. If you really want one I think that you can get one.
