I hope things turn out well. My order supposedly shipped on the 9th per the e-mail notification I got. There was no conformation#, so I can't track it. I should have recieved it by now. I know things have not gone well there lately, and have been patient. I just sent an e-mail, so I'll see what info I get. Hopefully my order will be here Tues.

Good luck with that. Both emails I've sent requesting a tracking number, since I got the shipped email on the 9th, have been ignored :/

I placed an order (for PG) early last week and it hasn't shipped yet. I needed some cartos and didn't want to wait (plus he's closed right now) so I went ahead and got some from madvapes. I'll continue to order from ccv and don't mind longer wait times when I can plan ahead.

FWIW,

I just placed an order with CCV. I had spoke with him on the phone before I ordered and found out I live about 15 minutes from him. He delivered it to me (actually we met half way). He is a very nice guy who really believes in what he sells. It is a very small operation and I truley thinks he gets swamped from time to time. I had the pleasure of speaking with him for quite a while on our delivery. I think he is at that point where he is a small business trying to offer limited good product, but not quite big enough to have a true "staff". He's sorta caught in the middle right now. I will say I admire his NO P.O.S. policy. And while true that in the business world you should have lots of capital to back up your small business and hire staff, in the real world most people don't and they run their business on a shoestring especially when selling stuff at super reasonable prices and on top of that offering free shipping. There is so much e-cig junk on the market today and he doesn't want to deal with it. He only wants to sell stuff that he knows works. I believe he is going to start scaling back some of his liquid sales too when his site comes back up.

I too am part of the "I just ordered it 5 minutes ago and I want a tracking number now" crowd and I understand that many of the delays mentioned above should have at least had quicker explanatory responses but after meeting him and speaking with him personally I can tell you that he will be my 1st go to spot from now on. You really should give him another chance.

Andrew is a good guy. He was overwhelmed and hired help who deleted some 40 orders (one was mine). He is sending me an extra box of cartos for the wait. :) This on top of massive orders and medical issues and the syringe crap lawyers have set him behind. If you have a RECENT shipping notice, wait a few days (remembering no mail on MLD) and then email him on the site address if it hasn't arrived. He will follow through, but the delays are real and give him a bit of leeway and everything will be good!

I e-mailed Andrew just before posting here the other day. I got a timely response stating that his help had gotten the data base all screwed up, sent e-mails that orders had shipped when they hadn't been packaged yet, mine included, and that it would ship tomorrow. If you haven't heard anything, and you feel your order is way past due, you need to e-mail him with an order # so he can check on it.
