whaTS UP (SORRY WITHOUT CAPS LOCK I KEEP LINKING OUT).

I HAVE TWO VV mod THAT I RUN AT THE SAME VOLTAGE. BEFORE POSTING I TRIED WITH A THIRD VV mod.

FOR SOME REASON WITH THE SAME VOLTAGE READING ON THE METER TWO OF THE mods APPEAR MUCH MORE POWERFUL. imho HAS TO DO WITH THE TIME TO GET @ TEMP. I.E. VOLTAGE METERED IS THE SAME BUT THE OTHER TWO HAVE MUCH MORE POW.

WHAT COULD BE THE REASON FOR THIS??

You need to measure the voltage with the atty connected and see if one has a voltage drop.
Are they the same regulators in each mod?

No they are not. the weaker one I believe uses evercool. One of the stronger one is using pulse (PWM?) and the third one is more generic. I have no way to check voltage with atty/carto connected.

Am I correct to assume you are leaning toward the lack of torque (best way I can describe the issue) being specific to the reg?

As they are all different regulators they will each preform differently under load. Under load is the only way to get a true voltage reading. The reading you get without an atty or carto attached is almost meaningless.

The easiest thing to do would be to get the inline voltage meter from madvapes. And then use that to set the voltage with your atty/carto attached.

Even if they where the same regulator they could still have different voltage drops due to manufacturing irregularities in components.
