As a customer, I'm a little dismayed that PAX juul's website is showing all the signs of a company going belly-up. They've been out of stock of their primary product for some time (unflavored Virginia tobacco pods), are not replying to customer support messages, have removed their support phone number from their web page, are no longer selling the juul device without pods (I think they're now unloading old leftover stock of the previous device version), and out of the blue they deleted the Autoship plan I've had for over a year for monthly pod shipments, blaming my credit card in the automated email (there is nothing wrong with the card). I've been using JUUL almost since they started and like this product. No reply to inquiry from either JUUL or their parent company, PAX. They're either making some really bad decisions or are about to crash. Does anyone know what's going on over there?

Introducing JUUL - Smoking Evolved

Are you talking about this website? I don't see anything wrong with it.

Maybe their Virginia blend is their most sought out and have trouble keeping up with demand? I'm not sure though :)
I was in a shop for a while yesterday where several calls came in asking for the product. He didn't have it because he can't get it. His orders aren't being filled. That suggests the manufacturer can't keep up with demand.

I talked to another shop clerk who uses the Juul. He says they same thing. The company can't keep up with demand.

I gave up on JUUL. Since December they've gotten more responsive and I can certainly sympathize if they got temporarily overwhelmed by demand, but the bad experiences with their shipping and website in December pushed me into looking for other options rather than remaining dependent on them. Cancelled the autoship (manually by email to CS since their app still doesn't work last I checked last week) and now I'm exploring other options, including iCare, MyMini, Von Erl. All are pretty good technically, none perfect, but all are much less expensive than JUUL, at least if you refill the pod-based systems. So overall I'm glad JUUL inadvertently pushed me away from their product.

Be interested to know what one you pick up and your thoughts in comparison to the JUUL. I got hold of a My. today and have been using it exclusively this evening. It's been interesting.
