Top up the cart some more?

My suggestion is to just forego the cart. Drip directly on to the atty (2 or 3 drops). Put the cartridge back on (eventually, you can just pull the stuffing out) and start vaping. Dripping should give you around 5-10 puffs before it starts to dry out. Pay attention to the taste and vapor production.

An oft forgotten approach...

After blowing out the atty:
1) give the inside a rinse in either vodka or rubbing alcohol
2) clean the threads on the atty and the battery (clean connections work best)
3) prime your atty with a bit of VG just before starting to use it again. Just place a couple drops on the bridge - then get in 10 good short puffs until the atty is really hot.

Atty's will also underperform if your battery is low or not working as well.

General rule is - a heated atomizer with a damp bridge and good liquid flow will work best. (I wrote this another way - initially - but it looked pornographic...).

I agree with 4mehealth, Sharon. If you're going to use an atty, it should be atty + drip tip. Cartridges suck. Always have, always will.

Then again, it could be a dead atty too. Sometimes you get a great one...sometimes one that's a bit fussy. And every once in awhile, however rarely...you get a dud. Same holds true for cartos. If it's still performing poorly with just a few drops of juice & a drip-tip...well, it's up to you. But I wouldn't fiddle with it anymore at that point. Into the trash with her.

I prefer standard Boge cartomizers anyway. :D

the atomizer could be dead

stick it back on the battery with a cartridge that you know contains juice

vape as usual I realise there will be no vapour

However touch the atomizer after 3 - 4 inhalations and see if its warm / hot if not then its dead...

If its hot then its either clogged up or flooded in which case, boil the kettle, fill the sink and pop it in there for 10mins or so and then blow out all the water and leave it for an hour or so for it to be completely dry then reuse :)

hope that helps

Sounds like this atty probably has a date coming up soon with a land fill. When cleaning doesn't work, then you can try to blast it with a bunch of quick puffs where you just blow out the vapor, if that doesn't work well you could play around with the wick I guess but it's probably toast. Some atties just are duds, I've got one that has over two months of use and still going strong, another one lasted a couple days and became so clogged up that nothing would help it, wouldn't even dry burn right, had to toss it. So it's like a box of chocolates, you never know what you'll get, and the quality of atties does seem to differ a lot.

Perhaps because you are buying cheap atomizers?
Or not buying them from happy Jack? I am still vaping off my original 510 atties that I bought from him in January! I even dewicked a couple that I got from him, that are still going strong! Heck I have dry burned them too after cleaning, with no issues ever. LOVE my 510 atties!
