Whats wrong with my SVD????

Has anyone else had a problem with their svd just shutting off? The screen will flash the volts and then just shut off then I will have to turn the mode back on. I've tried flattop and buttontop batts. 18350 and 18650 efests. I have noticed though it starts acting like that when it hits the 3.7-3.8 volts left in the battery. Does it no matter what tank or clearo I have on it. Thanks

Any chance switching to aw batteries would make a difference?

Using AW batteries with same problem.

What kind of batteries are you using? Protected, or unprotected?
