and who in their right mind will only buy a 4.00 order to ship around the world ??????

come on -- be fair guys -- it is only up a couple hours -----

Eastmall checkout, I worked out this one item was pushing up the shipping cost - hence the heads up, the issue appears to be also item weight specific.

On the old site with the same order the shipping cost was under $15, now its nearly US$40

The $19.50 deliver fee has dropped to $18.032

The sites session cookie timeout is relatively low - about 5 minutes to make an order before you are automatically logged out and cart contents removed. Just trying to be helpful.

One more little thing. The rotating banner is not clickable. When clicked to go to the weekly special advertised item it does not work. I see 510 kits for $19 but on the site they are much more. I am sure this is just a kink but wanted to let you know

I am almost there! Got my $200 order in but the check-out is hung up on "transfer...waiting" I am patient so maybe it is just busy!

I couldn't login, so I went through the forgot my password process and it emails me a new password. Then I try to use that password to login and it says "Error: No match for E-Mail Address and/or Password."

What can I do?

When I went to place the order I got a message "Please waiting..." Did this three times and waited several minutes. I changed my browser from Firefox to Explorer and it worked to transfer to PayPal on the first try. Not sure why, but Explorer works if you experience this.

Very frustrated and disappointed. At this time all the kinks are not out,IE gets me to payment and then some other charge method pops up. I backed out and am not ordering anything until they get their act together.. The last thing I need is having a credit card problem. My confidence level is shot to pieces and will need some assurance everything is secure.
I understand that hackers are hard to keep out,but am worried that their problems will become mine. I want to know why this store is open for shopping
while problems still exist.

it was only a permissions for browsers allowance

and it went thru just fine

straight to paypal and offer me to log in

to pay my eastmall invoiced order --
