eGo-c is what I use daily. I'm very new to vaping and the lingo but am learning a lot from these forums. Any suggestions for a high end vaporizer that can be used nightly or a night on the town?
What are you looking for in a vaporizer? Durability? Variable voltage? Variable Wattage? Tube? Box? Size preferences? What do you consider high end?

Hi- I've been vaping for about a year now, and never turning back to the analogs. started off with the v2, then straight to the variable voltage variable wattage Sigelei ZMax with a 510 cartomizer and evolution tank for the bigger clouds. Then discovered the wonderful world of rebuildables. Much better vape, lasts much longer, and much more interesting to boot. Currently using a GG clone, with an AgaT2 on top, homemade vanilla ice cream mixed 50/50 with frosty peach 30mg. from SS vape. But anxious to receive my Sigelei #19 Brass. Also going to run the AgAT2 on that with a drip tip designz all brass shorty tip. All on the way in the mail. I've been running 18350 batts for concealability, but like the 18650 s for an all day charge. What I like and have noticed about the e-cigarette community, is that it doesn't matter what you use, or how you use it, just so long as you stay off the analogs. And everyone is always eager to help. Keep vaping! -Evoworld

Hey all. First time poster on ECF but a long time vaper! For me it's a joyetech evic with a kanger evod. Have been thinking lately about moving over to the rebuildables but I don't think I have the patience to wrap a tiny wire up every time I'm craving a puff! lol

yeah, used to think like that too! but a good build will last as long as a kanger coil head and probably longer, with an occasional re-wicking and dry burn to clean the coil. But it delivers an exponentially greater vape than any kanger could dream of producing. And since I currently have 4 rba's to choose from, can vape while I try a new build, and it only cost pennies to make a build.

Oh, and welcome to the forum!! Enjoy and learn.

Vape long and Prosper!!

Don't have an all day fav. Take a Provari with a PT2 or iclear 30 to work, or out and about. At home it's either that, or a Vamo 3, Kamy K200, various other APV's, or couple mech mods. With tanks or drippers/RBA's.

Limiting myself to just one device, or just saying "I'm so over such and such", would be boring IMO. Not to mention, you don't know what's just around the corner, or what tomorrow will bring. Why limit yourself?

best regards, larry mac

Okay then what is Silver Bullet or a Bolt? No circuit board, but most definitely wires.

Good question. They are not regulated. People consider them mechanical, but I think most people don't consider them true mechs because of the wires. There is no real classification for them that I know of.

They are just regulated pvs, they don't have the fancy circuitry vv/vw devices do but they are regulated by some basic circuitry.

Circuit boards don't mean anything, they are just a way to compact circuits, any circuit board can be made with just wires, it may not be as efficient but it is possible. Now in complex things like say a processor, obviously the regularity of a circuit board is a must but all a circuit board is is compressed material with thin wires in it.

They have no chips or boards. Just wires connecting the switch to the 510 connection and/or the negative battery terminal. They are not regulated. Regulated means the output voltage is controlled regardless of the battery voltage.

Regulated just means there is something in the pv that watches the voltage output or watches whats happening to the battery. While most regulated devices do have some form of vv/vw built in, regulation does not mean the device can alter the output voltage.
For example, if the battery is putting out too low of a voltage, something like the Silver Bullet wouldn't fire because it recognizes it is dangerous, you were just regulated. The same thing goes for current and a whole bunch of other things some pv's watch for such as shorts.
A true mech mod, would fire regardless of what is happening with the battery (since you are just connecting the terminals with no sort of regulating electronics in between), while some have hot springs and stuff to protect you from a catastrophic failure, it will fire unless the battery has failed.

The SB has a collapsing spring in it that takes care of shorts by heating up and collapsing to shut it down. There is nothing in a SB that will stop it if the battery voltage gets too low or anything else goes wrong. AKAIK, the Bolt is the same. Check it out John and please correct me if I've got this wrong.
