whats your all day MG? 0mg, 6mg, 12mg, 18mg or 24mg??

Since my last post, I have dropped down to 18mg. I haven't noticed any less TH or needing to vape more. I guess it's a good thing.

I've been at 12 mg for about a year now. For a couple years before that, I went from 24 mg down to 2 mg, back up again, and everywhere in between in a mad effort to get to 0 mg. I gave up, decided I like nicotine, and settled at 12 mg.

Currently at 24 but sometimes 18, I find the throat hit from both work for me depending on the flavor I'm using, Black Cherry being my fav.

I'm going down for accommodating the difference when I use a rba. I think by halfl of 24-36! And then if I use the tank and carto set ups I'll just drip my rba for the full effect. Learned that the nauseated way

24 since I switched just 6 days ago. Used to smoke 2 packs Rothmans/day, sometimes near 3 depending on how late I was up, and today was the first day I stopped unconsciously reaching for an analog or a lighter.
Really starting to enjoy this now! And so eager to learn more, voraciously reading the forum and following links is great

Hehe. That's for sure. Heading that way very quickly. Didn't think I would ever want anything but tobacco flavours, but just dipped into my little samples of pomegranate and of grape juice and see it is going to be a whole new world of tastes

I am 100% 24mg, I just made the switch from analogues a couple if weeks ago.
I plan to lower my levels over the next year. If I end up staying at 24mg, well ok, I already drink too much coffee.
