I now have reason to buy an e-pipe for someone, so I'd sure appreciate some opinions by those in the know about what you'd recommend as a good reliable manual e-pipe.

You beat me to it thewomenfolk. I was going to ask the same question. I know someone wanting one and I know nothing about them either.
As an ex pipe smoker,,,,manual and pipe do not go together,,,,,,hands free (automatic) is needed!!!
Unfortunately, this area of PVs has been sadly neglected so far. I had the minipipe and it was ok,,,,,the DSE601 is supposed to be good, but I have not tried it. I cannot think of many more
