2010 Mini-Pipe from ePuffer (or any supplier) ... any good?

I'm REALLY wanting an e-pipe that I can use a standard atty with and I plan on using an 801-510 adapter and throwing a CE2 carto on one of these things.

Just not sure if they are more reliable than the older models or if there is anywhere else that I can buy them.
