Did you have to let it "age" ('steep) for a while?? The RY4 I received had one 'taste' ........... "nasty".

Quick Nic's Our Why Quatro is one of my favorites. I also like Night Light Vapor's NLV4ya and NET.com's tRy4.
Yes - I let it set for at least two weeks. Most RY4's/tobaccos need a good steep.
Most people say it's better fresh out of the mailer. I, on the otherhand, like it steeped after 4 weeks.
Halo's Tribeca is the closest RY4 I've tried that has the soul of the original Ruyan 4 pre-2010. It has a smooth tobacco and caramel beginning, mediums out to some vanilla then finishes very crisp and energetic with an almost citrus/pine finish. I am on a quest to find one that gets close to Halo's Tribeca but doesn't cost a money bin for it.
Venum Vapur RY4U, smooth, no steep required and 19.99 for a 100ml bottle. They are worth a look. Many other great juices.
Nectar by Neckbeards is a great tasting ry4 I just ordered some more on giant vapes
Price looks good to me, I'll likely give them a try. Do you know what mix of PG/VG they use? I can't seem to find it on their site. I can't stand 100% VG juice and mostly prefer a 70/30 or 80/20 PG/VG mix, but I can be swayed by a 50/50.

another shout-out for Tribeca. this has been my go-to juice since i started vaping 15 months ago. i vape many others but i always have this one in one of my tanks.
