I smell better and save a .... load of money.
I didn't wheeze or cough up any treasures so the health part wasn't as big of a concern. I only smoked 10/day though and am still sorta young (In my own eyes)
As for the actual process? Vaping where I please.

TBH (and this isn't meant to be cute), I really thought the best part was finally being free of the hold tobacco had on my life but I've found the community aspect of vaping - the friendships and general camaraderie I've found, is the best part of vaping. I never struck up conversations with random cigarette smokers asking about the brand they smoked or attended a "smoker's meet".

No more smell, girlfriend complaining of smell & having to use teeth whitening strips daily!
The flavors and taste are my first thoughts. The ability to vape almost anywhere I feel like it is a close second. But likely the most important is the health benefits. Kinda sad that is the last thing that I think about but I really like the taste of vaping!
Trying new e-liquids and being able to trade back and forth with my wife. Being able to vape in the house when it's over 100 degress outside. The biggest thing of all for the wife and I.... our 12YO daughter isn't complaining that we reek anymore.
I get to be around my husband more....he has asthma and is allergic to everything so he couldn't be around cigarette smoke but he actually likes the smell when I'm vaping. (Yeah I know, I'm cheesy...LOL) And now I smell good and not like a forest fire

Oh man there are so MANY of them, it's hard to pick a favorite.
I can vape in my house,,,,,,,no need to go outside,,,,,,,
I can vape in bed,,,,,,,,,at 2am,,,,without turning the light on,,,,,,or even sitting up.
I and my stuff does not stink.
the cost is so much less
the health benefits are so much better
No need to worry about anyone near me and second hand smoke
cool toys to play with
a fantastic community of other vapers
no nicotine stains on me, my teeth, my walls, whatever
long car rides no longer present any problems with nicotine withdrawl
my car windows stay clean (god I hated nicotine stains on my windows)
I could probably go on and on and on,,,,,,,,
but I guess my favorite one is being able to vape in my room whenever I want without bothering my husband.
