Halo's been with me since the beginning!

I've tried other brands, but nothing else has kept me off of analogs like Halo has. (I dunno if I ever would have quit without them.)

Just wanted to show my appreciation.

I initially started off vaping on the Blu starter kit you get from walgreens. It only took 1 week of that for me to feel like i still needed more. So i got online and started doing research.

I watched a bunch of Youtube videos and read alot of forums until i finally decided on the Halo. Originally i was gonna get a G6 because i thought i wanted more of a cigalike at first, until i was browsing the website and i noticed the triton. I was actually really lucky with my timing because i bought the Halo triton starter kit and variable voltage battery and than i found out later that i had bought the variable voltage battery the same day it got released for the first time. I remember people were asking me "how did you get the Halo triton VV? Its not even out yet" because not alot of people even knew it was released yet.

Ive tried other vendors juices spent hundreds of dollars, havent felt satisfied. There was a few i did like, AVE, AiV. ect. but i couldnt stop thinking about Subzero and belgian cocoa and kringles curse. So just last month i decided to use Halo ejuice exclusively. As far as hardware i am most likely gonna move on from the triton. My tritons did alot for me but until Halo releases some new hardware, i will probably be investing in some better performing equipment. I will always hang onto it though as backups and i will always remember how the triton helped me quit cigs.

I was looking for reviews about the best ciga - like out there. After doing my research and going through Halos site I thought it was a beautiful package. And i like the mini tanks, they are killer. And there juice is great. I seem to gravitate towards tobacco juice. I have tested other brands but they need steeping.

Word to who came up with the tobacco flavors. They hit the spot.

Im from NNJ, theres a car event called Honda Day held at Raceway Park last weekend. I was working security at the V.I.P. parking area and was constantly smoking Newports back to back. Standing & doing nothing tends to make me want to smoke cigarettes. A co-worker came up to me and tried telling me about the Halo Triton. I brushed it off thinking it was another electronic cigarette story again. I've had my fair share of e-ciggs and I figured all of them were the same. I've bought the starter kit from BluCigs & frankly wasnt a fan of it. So I was interested in how the Triton looked like, he explained to me the breakdown of it. He said it was the "Rolls Royce of e-ciggs", "the best e-cigarette in the market". He said that they are a NJ based company and for under $100 I can get my self a pair. He then further explained how this helped him quit smoking cigarettes. I've been wanting to quit smoking cigarettes for a year now & i kept in the back of my head that if ever I would try an e-cigarette, it would be a Halo Triton. But i wasn't really committed into buying one. The next day after endlessly smoking cigarettes the day before, my body ached and I had difficulty returning back to work at Honda Day because i felt tightness in my lungs. I knew it was the amount of cigarettes I smoked the previous day. Working with my V.I.P. security with him again, he went on about the Halo Triton. I then came up with questions about the Triton, and he explained it to me like he was passionate about it. By then, I thought about looking them up online.

The following day, I went on to Halo's website and was impressed with it's user-ability and the flavors they offered. I went ahead and purchased the Triton along with the Menthol Sample kit. I loved it, it took a day of smoking it to get the feel for it. I use it rather than smoking a cigarette. A week into my Triton, I havent touched a cigarette. But out of curiosity, I tried a cigarette today. Just to compare taste and maybe see how much I might of passed up when not smoking cigarettes. Those 4-5 drags I took out of a Newport became unfathomably disgusting & I could not even finish it. I told myself that I will stick to my Triton.

That person who worked at Honda Day with me, saved me from any additional years of smoking cigarettes & money. Although I am $200 into my Halo Triton, I know that this is an investment that will help me live a healthier life, cigarette free. He, who introduced me to the Halo Triton really helped me out. If your reading this, thanks a lot bro, Hope to see you next year at Honda Day; We'll vape together.lol

I love reading stuff like this, i hope the guy that told you about the halo triton ends up reading this. I have told so many people now about mine and sometimes i wonder if they ever ended up doing it.

I think now, what you should do from here on, is educate others and show them the knowledge you have gained and that they can be free of cigarettes, but do it in a way that does not sound like preaching. The more the truth gets out, the better the world will be. Thanks for sharing.

I wouldn't really be that preachy, I too have heard plenty of people talking about e-cigarettes and how i should convert to them. I think it really all depends on the cigarette smoker themselves. i educate, but theres only really so much you can tell a cigarette veteran. they just need that time to realize it does work.. well the Halo Triton at least. I am concerned about the banning aspect of e-ciggs.

I totally agree with you Benny. My Triton has gotten a lot of attention at work and I get tons of questions about it and vaping in general. There are a few eye-rollers/smirkers who either don't believe vaping can be as satisfying as analogs or more likely don't believe I am committed to the change (I was a 100% dedicated smoker until ~6 weeks ago). Most, however, are genuinely interested and open to the idea. I answer their questions as best I can, pass the Triton when appropriate and share ECF with them for their own research.

I agree with both of you as well, at first i really couldnt believe it, vaping felt like the future and i was telling everyone about it, ive noticed though that even when you are trying to help people and share your experiences with them, sometimes people take it almost like you are trying to change them or tell them how to live and alot of people do not like that lol.
Ive gotten some of the eye-rolls and smirks, and than theres the famous one where smokers tell you its more unhealthy than smoking.

Ive gotten to the point where i just keep to myself when vaping, but i still educate close friends and family simply because they deserve to know the truth. Theres so many lies out there about ecigs.

Started with FINs from Wal-Mart. Went online, since I heard from someone about an "Ego tank." Watched Youtube, saw several reviews about the Halo Triton Tank system. Did more research. Found ECF. Waffled. Read more reviews. Went to Halo's website and invested in the Midnight Blue Halo Triton Tank, with some Torque56 and Turkish Tobacco. Received them in less than a week.

And never looked back!

4 months now, and my Triton Tanks are going strong and in use every day. I do have a 510 set-up, but my Tritons are in daily usage and I love them.

I guess I'm a former Halo customer. I spent about $115 with Halo and received poor service. My wife doesn't care for Sub-Zero, so were stuck with a $20 bottle of juice that will just collect dust. She was a Newport smoker. After my dispute over a defective auto charger, I think I'm ready to say I won't be ordering from Halo again. They just don't seem to care about the customer. It's really a shame. I was pretty jazzed by Halo at first. I was singing their praises. I wanted to try the Tribeca. I heard it's good. Sorry for being a downer. I'm just not feeling any love for Halo right now.

When you get 15 posts, you can register for the classified section here on ECF, and sell that bottle. There's always a buyer for Halo juices. Otherwise, there's a sticky in this forum, if you want to trade it.

Didn't you order the sampler first? I got the tobacco sampler, and only cared for Tribeca, but I'm passing my sampler on. I never order a full bottle until I've tried a sampler.

Be glad you're not ordering from Alice... (open only a few days per week, ships 7-10 days later :D )

I went a little crazy on that first Halo order. It was my first e-cig experience. I figured $75 was cheaper than a carton of analog cigs. I wish I googled things a little more. I was swayed by some of those YouTube review videos. I later learned that many of those reviews are bought and paid for by the e-cig companies. I prefer the cheap eGo knock-off kits you can get for less than $15. I bought the 100mg nicotine liquid from Ecigexpress. Real cheap. DIY juice is easy.

So you're upset Halo asked you to send back the "defective" product and you equate that with "poor customer service."

You've sworn off Halo, prefer the cheap ego knockoffs and believe you can make better juice than you've received and are posting here because...???

I have used Halo almost exclusively since the beginning. Truepure was my daily, and I never got sick of it. Now that they discontinued it, I have been branching out to some other companies, trying to find an alternative. The reason that I like Halo, is that their base is so clean. It really is just a clean vape. Other manufacturers that I have tried, just don't taste as clean to me.

I'm sorry that your first experience with vaping wasn't smooth. It was no pic-nic for me either: I didn't expect so many sponsored reviews, and so my first kit was a Green Smoke; a proprietary thread (KR808D-2) and $3 cartos (no tank option). Bought adapters so I could get $2 cartos, but picked up some blanks instead, and a Halo sampler (thanks to the good people here at ECF).

The Green Smoke flavors were pretty close to my Pall Mall Ultra Lights, so I don't resent GS.

If you order a Halo sampler now, you'll also receive a 10 mL sample of the new Southern Classic flavor.
