Well I didn't expect him to post in *this* thread!
Moving along then...
Anyone else want to share their Halo story?

So you're upset Halo asked you to send back the "defective" product and you equate that with "poor customer service."
You've sworn off Halo, prefer the cheap ego knockoffs and believe you can make better juice than you've received and are posting here because...???
I'm upset with Halo because they sent me a defective product. It didn't work.
I discontinued ordering from Halo because they didn't provide a reasonable remedy to my complaint. Asking me to box up a $10 device and pay for the postage myself was not reasonable. After you factor in the cost of gasoline to drive to the post office and then the time it will take, how can anyone justify the trouble. Halo is just going to throw the unit into the garbage anyway. I believe they are deliberately creating obstacles knowing that the average consumer wouldn't bother. My problem with Halo is that they show no concern for customer satisfaction. Most of the back and forth messages were a waste of time. It was as though Halo was intentionally stalling and trying to avoid fixing my dispute. I know $10 is a trivial amount. My problem was the lack of respect I was receiving.
DIY juice is not better than the stuff you can buy in stores or online. It's just 90% cheaper. I just counted. I have 25 bottles of e-juice right now. Half of them were bought online. Some of my DIY stuff is pretty good. Some of it sucks. Vaping is a hobby for me.
