What's your ONE BEST benefit after having quit cigarettes?

Mine is being able to get up off of the floor without any type of aid when looking under something like the bed.

All the other benefits, while significant, are secondary to me.

My phlegm production is negligible. I have to sneeze 40 times before I have to blow my nose. So that rocks.

I am also vain. I'll admit it. I'm glad I can't add smoking to the list of things that will age me before my time.

Just the all and all good feeling that im no longer smoking. vaping benefits for me are my chest dosent feel heavy anymore, I can breath a gain, taste and smell are back, I dont stink, energy, Im sleeping normal again, the list goes on. Im so glad I started vaping I really feel like a new person.

I dont have to feel guilty about needing to go out for a smoke anymore and I dont feel self conscious about smelling like a smoke. This makes me way more present for people than I can ever remember.
