I've been ordering from Litecigs for almost two years now and they have impeccable customer service. Actually that's kind of a lie because I've never communicated with their customer service because they've never messed anything up
They don't necessarily have the newest gadgets immediately after release but they have a generally good selection of hardware and equally as important they are a Nite Lite vendor, so truly a one-stop shop for me.
They DO have excellent service & I used them on my very first order when I stepped up from my Blu starter kit & pretty much everything over the last 2 years (I do buy things in other places but not very often & I will check them first to see if they carry it). I have never needed their CS but I thought I did one time & they were quick to help me out & it turned out the product just took longer to charge on the initial charge than I was expecting. Otherwise I have never had an issue with ANYTHING they've ever sent me & it's all priced pretty fairly.
