Silver Bullet. At 3.7v with a Liquid Xpress 510 carto it's awesome. With a Cisco LR 510 atty with a drip tip it's mind blowing. I'm vaping Puresmoker Tonic Appleonia right now on the Cisco low-res atty with my Wild Pawn drip tip. Holy smokes! Or, should I say, holy vapes!

I bought a Yeti 510 from AltSmoke (based on reviews). I've only been vaping for a few days and have nothing to compare it to but I LOVE IT.
Pros:
Good throat hit and vapor production
Nice taste
Plenty of replacement parts available
Sexy package (sounds stupid but I love nice packaging)
Cons:
Short battery life (as with any standard 510)

I have a Pure Smoker V2, V3, and Nhaler Xhaler. I use the V3 every day. Its my all day mod. I am looking at getting a Provape Provari soon.

It's shiny
It's sleek and sexy
It's built like a tank
Every last atty and carto I've screwed into the threads has connected smoothly and lines flush
It fires every single time
The recessed button means no accidental battery activation
It holds a huge, honking 18650 battery that lasts forever it seems before needing a recharge
The threads on the battery housing go together flawlessly and screwing the two parts together is smooth
With the hot spring it's pure awesome vaping at its finest
No matter which hand you're holding it in or what finger you use to push the button, it's comfortable
It's versatile. You can vape at 3.7v, use a LR atomizer or vape at 6v
Cons:
It's got some girth and weight to it, although I have no problems holding it even in my tiny hands. This may be off putting to someone who wants something comparable to the size and feel of an analog.
It's expensive
The batteries are kinda steep, although they're workhorses

901, 510, 3 different Bartleby's, currently a homemade flashlight mod w/510 atty and an VV Ali'i coming in the mail.
Using an eGo myself. I love it, especially using LR attys. Drips fantastic. Not really any cons that I can speak of.
Got to keep them really wet. Letting them cool down between vapes helps too. Also try not to drip until the atty has time to cool down. Happy vaping.
Well, I'm a noob, so currently I only have the Blu, but looks like I'll be upgrading to an eGo soon. One thing I did like about the blu was it comes with 25 carts, so I was able to get a 5 pack of each of their flavors. I thought I would like the tobacco best, but turns out I really like the vanilla.
Volcano mini in a pcc. Small discreet. Nice vapor and taste, charge batts on the go. Small carts are its down fall but I can have 1 complete ecig, 1 batt on the charger and 5 carts in my pocket and it's the size of a analog pack.
Volcano Inferno (eGo type) takes 510 attys, drip tips, carts and cartos so it's very versatile. The 650mah battery acts like a pass through and the 1000mah battery last a couple of days for me.
Newest edition is a DSE601 E-pipe, battery will last all day, cartridge maybe half that. Also a good dripping vaper. Not one for continual use with my current juices, would have to find a blend that is smoother on the throat without losing taste or vapor production. I rotate between all of them but will leave the pipe at home when I go back to work after the holiday break ends tomorrow.
