Try wrapping your
coils on a 4-40 machine screw. Then unscrew the coil like a bolt. Use a beading needle (found at most craft stores) to pull the wick
through the coil. Remember, if you want a 3mm wick use 1.5mm since you will be pulling double that
through the coil.
To install in the head run the two leads down through the head. Push the center pin into the rubber gasket and thread one lead on the outside of the rubber gasket and the other lead through the hole in the center pin. Push the rubber gasket/center pin assembly into the head using a small screwdriver or tweezers. Carefully pull out only the center pin and slip it from the wire. Place the wire on the outside of the center pin and push it back into the rubber gasket. Trim the excess wire and test for any shorts. Place some wick in the slot for the flavor wick. Install the air tube and cap. Trim both sides of the wick to proper length.
Once you get the hang of it it shouldn't take more than a couple minutes per rebuild.
