I've done that many times, but never counted the "....., ....." noise the vacuum made as a victory...
My small victory is spending a few days with a relative who smokes and not giving in to the (mental) temptation of having a ciggie.
I sat there and vaped instead.

Big victory for me - the 10th was my 3 year vapeversary! Never thought it could happen. I now have a decent stash of equipment, DIY, make coils, etc. Got hubby & daughter into vaping! I found many friends here at ECF that have supported me, gave me great advice, answered all the newbie questions. I love reading all of these victories!

My small victory for the day....Just got back from a visit to my Doctor. She says I am in pretty good shape for the shape I am in
Her main advice.....Wait for it.....Drink more water 
Finally done with cigarettes after vaping since December 3rd... No more asthma attacks and feeling much better
My patience seems to be paying off. Hubby is seriously cutting back on smoking. Sometimes saying nothing is the best one can do. I still hold out hope that the vape will win out in the end but will hold out hope quietly
I gave my 21 year old son's girlfriend a couple of iSticks, a Subtank Mini and a few packs of coils and a ton of ejuice 2 months ago. She hasn't had a smoke since. She is loving vaping and that makes me happy.

She is ok, but I am not a huge fan. My son is crazy about her, so whatever makes him happy!
