I'm 26 yrs old, I started smoking at 16. Last year I bough a Blu-cig starter kit used for a month batteries wouldn't hold a charge anymore. I then bought a prosmoke starter kit and the same thing, once the batteries does out I wouldn't order more batteries because I wasn't fully satisfied with the product.

Oh dear. You made the same mistake as me. Bought a cig-a-like, decided it was rubbish and then made the same mistake again.
I'm kind of cool with it now, 2 years later... but my bank account never really recovered from $6.80 cartomizers. :)

Still have the Russian sold the Provari, and bought the futura30, then the nemesis, picked up a stingray copper black, Aqua, flash-e-vapor VS, 2 rose2's, SuperMax, El Gignate, Tree of life, Copper Mutant, 2 Big Buddahs, Cybrus, Magma, Magma, Cats, Big Dripper, Erlkonigin, Gus Estia 510, Taifunn GT, Taifun GS, Hana, Pontus, Big Kayfun, Torched El Sigilo
Zodac Dragons, and .................................................................................... the vape goes on and on. umm, some other stuff too. Raptor, .............. frak, guess I have to take inventory, let's just say, got backups:lol:

Vape long and acquire Prosper.!!!

Oh noes..you sold your Provari? LOL, I went the other direction. I now have two and when P3 is out, I'll figure out a way to get it. Just now getting into RBAs (if you remember I am not a tinkerer) and not really interested in subohms and clouds, although when p3 comes out I will experiment in the under water resistance zone...probably not under .7 though.

Either way, good to see you!

Of course I know about causation. I appreciate where you're coming from and congratulations on getting your medical license but I'm not a huge ..... who runs to the doctor over every minor issue. My friend Jim suggested all the coughing was what was keeping me from going blind.

Thanks for the congrats, but that was 15 years ago :)

Unless this is one side of an inside joke or something I don't understand, blind in one eye does not sound like "every minor issue" and "all the coughing was what kept me from going blind" -- that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. There are very serious conditions which present as unilateral blindness. I am not writing as some doctor, but as someone who is concerned. Please do have that checked out.

Well I smoked for 5 years and then I stopped cold turkey. The monkey was still constantly on my back to smoke so....I ended up picking it up again. I decided I can't continue like this. So I researched e-cigs and was going to go with a v2 system then I started stalking this site. I picked up a vision spinner, a kanger tank, and some juice and haven't looked back. I do plan on getting 2 mvps2 very soon and a epower 3 soon. I also need a few more tanks so I can try more juices. Will I stop vaping? I have no idea, but I am having fun with it and it keeps me away from the analogs. I wish I knew about ecigs and pv's when 3 of my family members passed from lung cancer.

So. I used to be a marathoner and ultra-biker, worked in hospitals since '73 so I understand what a bad idea it is to smoke--but I did periodically. My wife was a pretty hardcore smoker. She developed a neck condition that required a fusion, and the Neurosurgeon warned her that she wouldn't get better if she continued to smoke. It took her a year to get back to where she was BEFORE the fusion--still smoking. I tried those NJoy cigalikes. How could anyone want these things? Just nasty! Wife's back is pretty well ruined from her nursing home work, and she began going back to the docs--time for a 10 level fusion!
She came home with a CE4 and an ego 650mAh stick, flavor that sucked from a head shop, and I noticed. I made my decision then to quit, hoping that it would be helpful to her recovery. I bought a starter kit, a little better than hers, and I found ECF, just to research the new hobby and was enlightened. I began to DIY and moved on to a Vamo and Nautilus. Anything that works for me, she gets too. It wasn't long before we had box mods and Rose atomizers. I wind her coils, and keep her vaping, and 99% of the time that does it for her. I'm smoke free since I picked up the ego, enjoying experimenting with materials as we go, and have optimized our experience.
I truly appreciate all of the information so readily shared by the vets, learned tips from other beginners issues, loving all the flavors along with you all. If it keeps my wife from a wheelchair a few years, I have to say "Thank you" to all of you who helped us. Bless you.

I smoked around 30 years. I tried a few times to quit. I have TMJ, so the gum caused pain. Tried the patches, but was allergic to them. My doctor refused to give me a prescription for Chantix. I tried GreenSmoke a few years back, but it was less than satisfying, so I gave up on that.

I finally decided this year that I would give e-cigs another go. I was trying to decide what I was going to buy (again from Greensmoke) and my hubby told me about an eGo type that a guy he works with uses. I thought they were too big. A few days later I decided to go ahead and research the eGo types. More vapor? yeah. More flavor choices? yeah... a few days later I went to my local B&M and purchased a VV kit. I smoked 6 the day I purchased my kit. I smoked 5 the next day. The 5th one burnt my tongue and tasted horrible! I was done with smokes then and there. I smoked my last one on February 18th. Over 6 months baby!

Wonder if anyone can help me. I'm new to vaping...just started on Tuesday. As a matter of fact, this is the first 5 days without tobacco in 25 years. I'm struggling but hanging in there. I have a question about the Itaste MVP. I'm not sure what the numbers should be set on. I'm using Volt Cappuccino and NicQuid Gen 7 flavors of juice. Thanks for the help.

I just started two days ago. Ego style batteries and Kanger MTP2s. Haven't had a cigarette since my first puff, and frankly have no desire for one. 30 year PAD+ habit gone in one puff. Found some juices I really like. I know I'm on a really basic set up, but I'm really happy with it. No idea if I'll ever get into serious mods.

Yeah, P had to go, poor thing would whine and go, you don't love me anymore, why don't you vape me, boo hoo, just got tired of her crying all the time. Did sell her for a good price though. Wasn't even trying to sell her, and some asked to buy it.

Yeah the P3 looks nice, but for me, just way under powered. Frak, I rarely use my dna30 mods any more, and would never use a P3 20 watt device. Just don't vape that low of watts.

Good seeing you also, Bassnorma, looks like your well on your journey down the vape path.!!:D Which rba did you end up getting??

Vape long and Prosper.!!!
