Oh, I've had several that I remember vividly. But the absolute worst was a DIY caramel cappucino. I'd never had it so I mixed it at a fairly standard 10% to try. Gag, choke, eyes bug out, gasp...you get the picture.
Turns out that that particular flavor was known for being 'extremely' strong - the suggested flavoring ratio was one-half of one percent (or two drops per 10mL).
It was completely my own fault but I haven't been able to bring myself to even try a coffee flavor since.
