Still new to it all but I really like some of the flavors I got from gourmetvapor so far. and MONSTER from bombayvapor.
I don't know, too new. I like apple, and vanilla so far. Dont see much use for coffee flavored. vaping dries your mouth and throat so you need liquid handy. Coffee is my liquid of choice so why would I need a Juice that tastes like coffee when I have coffee that tastes like coffee.

In my opinion and personal preference, yes. I find myself vaping less throughout the day, mainly because Torque 56 is such a heavy flavor, but it is damn good. Not to mention, it's made in the USA, has slick blue bottles, and loads of vapor and throat hit with the right equipment. I recommend everyone to at least try a sampler to see what you like. It's sweet, it's spicy, it's harsh, it's smooth, and hits like Chuck Norris. At 6v it only gets better, and kicks like Chuck Norris on steroids and pumped full of adrenaline. I'm currently using it in my eGo and dripping it in my bud's Silver Bullet (@6v, buying one Friday), you can't go wrong either way. Midnight Apple is on the other end of the spectrum with sweet apples and a good throat hit that just mellows out the taste buds after a long day at work (and a full day of Torque).
Not all of their flavors are great, however. Prime 15, to me, tastes how sweaty gym socks smell, and it doesn't smell too pretty either.
You say immature, I say that they are hitting their target audience of 18-75 year old males.
My favorites so far are Lust and Berry tobacco from Liquid Xpress. Lust absolutely blew me away.
