Hi guys,

I have been ordering from sure vapes now for over a year. There shipping and prices are great but I have to share this story with you.


They are running a 8% off sale for the holidays and I ordered last night but could not figure out how to get the discount. They emailed me this morning and told me they would put the $1.51 back on my card. I said please just keep it as it seemed silly to refund such a small amount.

They responded back and gave me a $10 gift card and said Happy Holidays! I have been a loyal customer of several vendors and never once have I gotten anything like this. Most vendors never even say "thanks for placing orders all year long". I have never had a vendor go to such an extend to make the customer happy.

I had to share this story bc it just made my whole day!

SureVapes has just earned a customer for LIFE and I'm proud to support them. Great group of people and I am honored to do business with them.

Surevapes is where I order my cartos from. And as a juice junkie, I go through a LOT of cartos. I stumbled on their site because they had good prices on the new Boge and Smok pyrex carto tanks. I saw they had pretty good prices on multi-box sets of regular cartos as well so I ordered some. Put in a few more orders of multi-box cartos as all the juice I ordered started arriving. Prices are good and I always get my goods in a pretty timely fashion.

Time to put SureVapes on my future shopping list! It's rare to see companies go the extra mile anymore and I would rather shop at one that did. Not that I'm hoping to get something from them, I'm just one of the people that like to give my business to those that deserve it. In some cases, I'll shop at a store that has higher prices because I know they appreciate their customers.

I have an awesome story from today as well. I got a protank 2 last week. I have MS so I tend to drop things regularly well I wasn't paying attention and poof out my hands it went. it wouldn't seal right after the fall so yesterday I took it back and they replaced it. Well that tank was leaking so I took it back today they fiddled with it for a half an hour tried another new one it leaked as well. then he said to hell with this and just put on a protank 3...No leaking didn't charge me and gave me a package for coils and all the tips from the other packages as well. AND free juice because I lost so much. OMG this B/M store is totally amazing and I will be returning!!!
