I don't know ...I can sort of see your point, Codex, but this seems like one of those situations where it doesn't make any sense to blame someone for ripping your clothes while they were saving your life.
It sucks that you seem to be targeted more often than most - for whatever reason - but, given your friendly demeanor and winning personality with total strangers, I'm certain ...well, mostly certain ...ok, somewhat reasonably certain that they aren't doing it specifically to you out of spite.
With that said, the idea that the vendor should already know that the FedEx complex you were ordering from has "two levels of security and every other thing requires carded access" is ...well, it's ridiculous ...laughable, really ...I mean, downright hilarious.

It's almost as funny as them knowing that I am staying at the Days Inn and ordered from a Fedex location in the first place, neither of which was mentioned in my order comment. Almost. Not quite, though. Pretty close.
As for being targeted more often than most, I doubt that - I have a small handful of vendors who seem capable of processing the fact that I am never in one place for more than 6-9 months (again, I'm not hopping all over the country and ordering from a dozen different locations, I live here for the moment and order either from "work" or "home") at a time.
What's going on is that I got around to making my orders again (comes up once, maybe twice a year) and have attempted to order from vendors who didn't exist last year, much less way back when I attached the link below to my sig here.
