I have been trying to use the live chat feature on your website to ask questions, but it is never live, it always says away, leave a message. Is the chat actually something that people watch, or is it just a quick link to leaving an email message?
I have received next-day replies to the emails i have left though, so no complaints on the response time, it would just be nice if I could jump on chat and shoot questions over while I'm on lunch break.
