When to re-drip?

How do you know when you need to re-drip? If I do not drip soon enough will I damage atomizer?

(I know I must be not using the search correctly but I cannot find a dripping guide.)

You can tell when the flavor gets a lighter and somehow a bit dryer on your tongue.

Will it damage the atomizer if I do not do it soon enough?

Eventually. Regular 510 atomizers aren't that delicate though, you can dry burn them now and again without any lasting damage.

Ah ok thank you, I just learned what happens if you tip the Riva upward when dripping....

flavor vades, and vapor fades then just drip a drop or two. too much and it will flood and leak all over and spit in your mouth lol not enough and you can burn the wick and get a nasty burnt taste
