When to throw away a mini tank

If the taste changes or the draw gets tighter it's probably bad...

What tanks are you using?

We use Evods and Protank 2 Minis. When we notice diminished flavor or vapor, flooding, or a burnt taste, we just put a new coil in the tank and are ready to go.

If your tanks get frosted or you can see cracks, then replace the tank. Some eliquids are "tank crackers" and can really mess up plastic tanks. I use glass tanks so I don't have to worry about what flavor I am vaping.

Curious, what kind of mini tank? Most of them nowadays have replaceable heads, and don't need to be disposed. You just swap out the head/coil, and you're good to vape again!

Unless of course yours has no replaceable heads, in which case, obvious signs would include: decreased vapor production, less throat hit, gross taste, etc.

Its all tank dependant but more or less replace anything that fails. Replace PC tanks if they frost or crack, plated metals that have worn off, anything that shows a good level of disrepair or patinas where there should be none. Other than that a bit of love and a few replacements or tweaks should fix any other problem.
