When will we see a new crop of RTAs bigger than 22mm?

I have an orchid v2 that looks to be about the same size as the mini-goblin. How do you like the mini-goblin so far? I like the way it looks.

BTW - Here is where I got it...

Goblin Mini RTA by Youde/UD - Origin Vape

BTW2 - I like how the Goblin Mini at Origin vape has got 1 5-Star Review.

"Paul – June 14, 2015
What a tiny little atty. My Goblin is my favorite rta and I never leave home without it. I will definitely get this one!"

And I Really like that the Review was from June 14th. Before UD Released it.

I don't think the performance would be better. I would be using it with the same low-ohm builds that I use in my 22mm atomizers. Just the build deck would be bigger and the chamber would be larger... if anything, the flavor would be reduced from that of the same build in the smaller atomizer.

ETA: if anything, what is becoming more popular are the 'short' RDAs with slammed top caps or super low profile stuff like the derringer or bonsai.

For a moment, forget whether you think this proposed bigger atty would perform better. Say it has 4 airholes with 4 wicks and 8 juice channels or something we can't really imagine yet at the moment. You would not build it the same to get the most out of it. Assume it does perform better, the reviews are all over the top, etc. Would it still bother you too much to buy one if it extended over the sides of the box?

I'm am sort of thinking back to when tanks started to grow bigger than the typical ego battery and they all came with "beauty rings" to transition the bigger tank to the smaller battery. People liked their improved performance and they bought them.

If it offered something truly unique and related to vapor (not being able to make phone calls or play music), then I would probably get it, just cause I collect these things. But I would then look for a mod to go with it.

Sounds like you want to do something like this on a Vicious ant Goliath:

You could go for a Flash e Vapor dD. That is the latest rta by Arthur Schwarze. It's 32,5mm and holds 19ml of liquid!

Happy Vaping with it.I'm sure it weighs about a ton, though it's said to work as great and easy as the V3.
Flash-e-Vapor dD

Still looks like a 2 post single coil deck.

I drew these design diagrams a few weeks ago, just doodling really but i reckon two more assemblies could be squeezed in somehow. These doodles aren't perfect, just need more details. but would work. The live terminal would be connected via a sprung bearing which also serves to hold the assembly in place.

They are just doodles. The fundamental point is the idea of vertical assemblies would allow a lot more space on the build deck. So my diagrams may not be exactly how things should be, but just a rough idea !.
