As mentioned here in my other post here:
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/sg-vapers/504465-johnson-creek-juice.html#post11644453,
there's a very easy and completely practical way to clone your juice at your required nic level.
Many packaged juices are also 'over-flavoured' with some clearly stated as mean to be blended with others, plus you can get a twice or three times higher nic level than what you need (assuming the common 6mg is acceptable and highest to get is 18-24mg) therein lies the wastage and opportunity.
Check out TPA flavours for more info.

Strong flavours such as tiramisu/cappuccino/clove can be cloned up to 3 times its volume with little loss of flavour by starting with high nic base.
With 'scarce' resources available, its better to think 'green' (natural VG available in most pharma/baking supplies shop) and apply lean management principles (muda)to reduce wastage from excess flavor vapes.
24/18/12/6mg is all same price, hence you can exploit maximum usage.
with this method, if you have 100ml, you can achieve up to 300ml easily, pending on strength of flavour. You can also buy flavours only mix legally to resovle the issue, what is what I do, LOL.
no need to use what online e-juice calculator, those are when you start DIY from scratch, waste of time.
With VG clone method on strong-flavoured high nic juice, just add as much drops of VG as you wish til you achieve desired effect.
Just buy the food grade Glycerin from baking supplies shop..e.g. Phoon Huat.. with branches islandwide..$14.50 for 500ml :
http://www.phoonhuat.com/. Can mix n vape til u drop. They sell many flavour extracts as well. Buy the Glycerin BP with 'external use only" at pharmacies at ur own risk, although its reportedly safe to use due to licensing requirements (see other threads on this labelling discussion for pharma grade Glycerin USP/BP).
Vg has other official uses as well, you can use it to apply on your hands and very good to repair cracked/rough/dry skin.
Unless one is totally allergic to VG (rare) or dislikes more vapour/less throat hit,
what you get in the end is much more supplies with added Genting vapour but only <10% added cost and with convenience to produce locally legally some more.
Experiment, mix and match with different levels of nic/vg dilution. Higher Nics will give you same throat hit like a PG (at least for me) even with 70% VG.
Just do it, its much easier than you think.
