I just got an email from another customer in the UK that her package arrived today while I shipped it on Octobre 6 (and I already shipped for the second time). I don't know what is happening but maybe we must wait for a few days more?
This is the address where I shipped your package to, can you check if it is correct?

I really get frustrated from TNT. They say we sent it to the UK and from there we don't know anything. They just say to me that I have to fill in a form for investigation. These investigations can take up to 3 months!!! I became angry, but that doesn't help eather.
