Problem contacting janty

Hey guys
I ordered my yentl kissbox from jantyshop.com last weds (16th/7) And paid via paypal assoon as the request was emailed to me. I emailed them back saying that i had sent payment, so hearing nothing back i decided to send a email to dispatch@jantyshop.com sunday night (20th/7) just wondering if the order has been sent and have still heard nothing back. When i check on the website it just says "processing"

How long did it take for your orders to be shipped and roughly how long after the shipping date did u recieve the item?

hi Mixos,

I'm in the same position, ordered a Yentl last wednesday and have heard nothing since. They do state on their website that it should be posted the day after payment but mine is still processing too.

I've just emailed to ask to cancel the order, I'm going to stick with my mini ( for now) I am sending the Kissbox Classic back to them today as I really didn't get on with it, felt like smoking air to me :(

Good luck, I'm trying very hard not to spend too much money on this new hobby of mine but so far it's not working!

Excellent service, but not the fatest, I must admit. It has just about always taken at least a day or two for me to hear back from them. And as to shipping notices, I don't always get one. I usually get an e-mail beforehand saying they will mail it the next day, but don't always get a notice after they've mailed it.

E-mail them and ask, just for your own peace of mind, but I don't think you need to worry too much. It's probably on its way.
